Shipping Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under our 30-day return policy. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.You can email us at flysteppamanagement@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please be aware that the following address is where returns must be sent: [PUT RETURN ADDRESS HERE]We'll email you a return mailing label and instructions on where to send your package if your return is approved. We won't accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one.

Damages and problems in order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.
